“We cannot say enough good things about the outstanding quality of the job and the professionalism, dedication and great working relationship we had with City Line and its owner, Suad Djeka. We did extensive renovations to our 3BR/3Bath condo in Manhattan, including gut renovations of all three bathrooms. In sum: the finished product is top of the line craftsmanship and attention to detail that yielded a truly high-end product. When friends and family see our newly renovated place, particularly the bathrooms, the result is the same: "Whoa, fabulous, who did this?" So, quality of the work is first rate, but it goes deeper than that. Suad knows his way around the NYC permitting process (we had to permit electric and plumbing) and he handled that all smoothly, and he also got along really well and worked smoothly with our building engineer and superintendent (who is now recommending City Line to other condo owners). Suad is highly responsive with communications, and he strives to make himself available for all questions and consultations. Suad is creative, and he makes excellent suggestions that you (and your architect) will not have thought of. He got along great with our (very demanding) designer. Suad's team is hard working; they show up every day, work a full day -- and they left the place clean and neat, every day. And, Suad is personally involved in the project, consistently from start to finish. Price was absolutely fair. The job was done on time and on budget; but as with every renovation, there is mission creep with add-ons, etc., and Suad was flexible, fair and got the punch-list stuff done when we wanted it done. We know all the horror stories about contractors in the NYC market (and, before this job, we have experienced a few ourselves); and all we can say is we got really lucky finding Suad for our project, because our renovation was actually fun to watch unfold.
